A Message from our Trustees:
As salam alaikum. We’re glad you’re here. We know that life is filled with innumerable concerns that compete for our time and attention – we appreciate that you’ve chosen to invest some of yours with us today, and we invite you to explore our website. We believe you’ll be hard pressed to find a more productive and genuinely meaningful place to invest yourself - and your time - than AIMA, a true sadaqah jariyah.
The incessant stream of widely broadcast incidents of unspeakable violence that have been inflicted on innocent people around the world has impelled us to a heightened sense of urgency to get the message of AIMA out into the public domain. Here’s what you most need to know about this effort:
- AIMA is apolitical. Politics is not the concern of our organization. We have no political agenda. Our objective and purpose transcend political debate. We exist for one reason alone, which is to expand peace through Education.
- AIMA projects a unified voice for Islam, as harbinger of peace for all the world – for people of every color and race, for people of every faith and culture, and for people of every nation on Earth.
- AIMA will lead the way by demonstrating that people of diverse backgrounds can indeed strive cooperatively and effectively to achieve a common purpose, which is to satisfy our universal need for a sustainable peace.
- AIMA will accomplish its goals by engaging hearts and minds, and by seeing through the eyes of the child. We have the collective capacity for monumental influence in this world. It’s time to address the challenge before us…
Peace is that for which every human being longs
and it can be manifest for humanity through the child.
