Dr. Jaime’s administrative experience is steeped in the development, governance, and operation of high-level Montessori, early childhood programs, Montessori teacher education programs, and top-tier traditional, elementary school environments.

Special Interests

Dr. Jaime’s interests are concentrated on applied research in the expansion of Montessori theory and philosophy within Islamic, early childhood, educational settings. This served as impetus for the founding of the American Islamic Montessori Association (AIMA) in 2018. The AIMA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational and research organization for the advancement of Islamic Montessori Education [IME] as a bridge for understanding, for education, and for peace across the U.S. and around the globe.

Giving Back

Dr. Jaime serves on the board and in other leadership capacities for select, non-profit organizations, focused primarily on educational, humanitarian and healthcare concerns.
